Return Policy

  • Change of Mind: If you change your mind, you can return your items within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition, unopened, and unused.
  • Damaged or Faulty Items: If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as quickly as possible.

How to Return Your Items

  1. Contact Us: Before returning any items, please contact our customer service team at allthingsgame_@outlook.com with your order number and details of the return.
  2. Package Your Return: Safely package your items, including all original packaging, manuals, and any accessories.
  3. Send Your Return: Send your package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 working days. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Refund Policy

In line with the Distance Selling Regulations, we have a 14-day return policy on all goods, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and 14 days after the date of your request in which to return the item. Any items received after this period will not be accepted and are not eligible for a refund. Faulty items are covered under a separate 30-Day guarantee. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you will be issued a returns number. In the case of a faulty or wrong item, we will send you a return shipping label. In the case of unwanted goods or a change of mind it will be up to the customer to arrange shipping. Please note that you must include your order number, the returns number and your contact details with any item being returned.

Any Items sent back to us without a returns number will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Returns / Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

No unauthorized returns without prior notification. You must contact the store with your order number and customer details. Once a return has been authorized, we can the accept the return.
